Over one million euros have been invested to propel Centro Al Magnifico into the future. Throughout 2023, the shopping center underwent a comprehensive interior and exterior restyling plan. As the center approaches its twentieth anniversary, the goal is to create more modern, welcoming, and functional environments. The renovations were designed to give the center a strong, unique identity, starting with the exterior facades, which have been completely repainted in new colors. An aesthetic overhaul was also carried out for all indoor spaces, including new graphics, furnishings, equipment, and wall treatments, creating areas that are even more enjoyable to experience. A complete renovation was performed on the interior dome, the restroom facilities, the sports viewing area, and the party zone, which has been renamed “Movieland” to align with the presence of the eight Uci Cinemas screens. Furthermore, the entire facility will now be covered by a Wi-Fi network. One of the largest investments was dedicated to the children’s playground, featuring a new installation worth 100,000 euros as part of the project to improve services for families. The final phase of the project focused on upgrading and modernizing the building's systems to ensure even greater safety, while the installation of a new, state-of-the-art electric vehicle charging station in the large outdoor parking lot confirms our commitment to driving the center toward the future.
