By acquiring control of the property-owning company, this initiative also functions as a joint venture with partners of proven real estate and financial expertise, with whom we share a strategic vision and industrial approach.
The property is located in the Porta Romana rail yard area, strategically positioned between established residential neighborhoods and new development hubs, characterized by a growing demand for contemporary housing solutions and local services.
The project will initiate a comprehensive redevelopment and strategic repositioning of the asset, fully consistent with the Carlo Maresca Group’s operating model: an integrated approach that manages the entire investment lifecycle—from acquisition and development to final value realization—using our own capital and an established internal structure that combines design and general contracting.
